How We Began<\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text css_animation=”bounceInRight”]During the height of the recession in 2008, our Founder Jerome Young was laid-off from his marketing\/market research management position at a leading Technology company along with over 10,000 co-workers.<\/p>\n

To ensure his job search success, he used his market research skills to conduct a research study on hiring managers.\u00a0 He interviewed over 100 hiring managers to understand the nuances of the job search process including how to get job interviews, how to get job offers, how to maximize\u00a0 compensation etc.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He then used this knowledge to get himself over 10 job interviews and multiple job offers in less than 30 days.\u00a0 With a newfound passion for helping people not only get jobs but get their “Dream Job, ” he started Attract Jobs NOW, which has helped thousands of professionals get job interviews and job offers since 2009 through job search consulting, recruiting and staffing.<\/p>\n
